Our Policies
Ordering
You may order items by calling us or visiting our store and
gallery. We accept payment by check or credit card (Visa or
MasterCard).
Pricing
Many of our items are "one of a kind" creations, so pricing
may vary slightly among similar items due to specific
materials used and the time invested in creating the piece.
Shipping
We ship all of our orders via UPS, and you may select the
option (ground, 2-day air, etc.) at the time you place your
order. We carefully hand-pack every item to protect against
breakage, and all packages are insured for shipping.
Special
Order
If you would to special order an item not found on our
website or in our gallery, please
contact us. We cannot guarantee that all items can be
custom-ordered in all colors or styles, due to limitations
in working with the materials.
Gift
Certificates
Hand-blown glass makes a unique gift. If you can't decide
which item to purchase for someone else, or would like to
let them select their own piece, a gift certificate is the
answer. Please
contact us
to arrange the purchase of a gift certificate.
We Take
Your Privacy Seriously
First, we only ask you to provide information that we need
in order to deliver the information you have requested, or
to process your order.
Secondly, we don’t share the information you have given us
with any person or organization external to Paul Crosbie
Studios. We do not sell your name and/or personal
information to anyone.
If our information practices change at some time in the
future, we will post the policy changes here on the site. If
you are concerned about how your personal information is
being used, you should check back here periodically, or send
